We are providing face detection and facial recognition. Our system , based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, remains active 24/7. It can differentiate between your family members and unknown people. As soon as it detects any unknown face it sends alerts on your mobile phone. And you can also view the live stream if you want. At night, on alert mode, when it detects any human presence it sends alerts on your phone and turns your garage lights on, automatically.

With this, we are also providing you the control of lights and fans of your house from your mobile phone. And our system needs no extra wirings. It goes behind your existing switch panels and its ready to use.

Our start-up will focus on bringing disruptive innovation by providing a service affordable by most. Since one time charge is lot for consumer, we are basing our service on a subscription based model. Additionally, our facial recognition and cloud service features make the devices redundant on their own. After conducting consumer based research we came to the conclusion to charge 1500/month for 1 camera and a 3 smart switch module, cost of a family’s day’s meal

Our target market comprises of not only Islamabad region but is extended to all major cities. Islamabad is best suited due to being easily accessible and having people with disposable income. The increase in reported and unreported robberies in both Islamabad and Rawalpindi makes these cities an exploitable market. After capturing these cities we plan to enter the biggest metropolitan city of Pakistan; Karachi. With the crime rate of 992 per week, this will be our biggest market segment due to its sheer size and lack of security solutions.

After penetrating the households of these cities we plan to enter the corporate sector; specifically Banks and Embassies. This product can also serve as an important asset for enforcement institutions especially Police and even military.

We recognised an opportunity in the market and decided to capitalise on it. Technical and Market assumptions were tested and validated, and thus eventually a prototype was created. We are now in the Beta test phase.

 The progress so far has been smooth and efficient as we have launched our Website and set up a Facebook page. To further certify our initial success our product was featured on Samaa TV (Local news network).
